CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT

USER AGREEMENT

1. WWW.PERU.COM.S.A. is a business dedicated to tourism services inside Peru.

2. Any person who buys a service offered by WWW.PERU.COM S.A. will be called a "client".

3. WWW.PERU.COM.S.A. offers the following services:

A) Advise, reservations and the sale of air, bus, boat, and train transportation.

B) Advise, reservations and the sale of routes popular for tourists.

C) Advise, reservations and the sale of tour packages.

D) Advise, reservations and the sale of lodging.

4. The services that WWW.PERU.COM.S.A. offers will be subject to the following:

A) The contained conditions in this contract.

B) To The payment of the applicable prices for the service chosen.

5. In the case a "client" cancels the prepaid services bought with WWW.PERU.COM S.A. partially or totally, the client will be penalized 50% of the applicable price of the service he/she purchased.

6. WWW.PERU.COM.S.A. , in order to guarantee an optimum service, operates with third businesses of recognized guarantee and quality. However, in the remote case that could be presented, WWW.PERU.COM.S.A. does not assume any responsibility, by the limitations or partial and total of the obligations and services of those businesses and that could be attributed to any unforseen cause or fact.

7.- For all the effects of this context, the parts are submitted to the Jurisdiction and competence of the Magistrates of the Judicial District of Lima - Peru.
